Text box not printing

I have a couple of documents with text boxes. They show on the screen - but
will not print. What can I do to change this?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print | check the "Drawing objects" box |
OK.

I have a unique spin on this problem, and unfortunately your solution didn't
work, garfiled-n-odie. I have a document in Microsoft Word 2002 that I'm
running on Windows XP.

It was originally a newsletter template downloaded from the Microsoft
website. I've made some fairly minor formatting changes (adjusting the sizes
of text boxes, copying and pasting text boxes, adding a picture as a banner,
removing extra pages, etc.) and added text. Everything was going along very
well until I tried to print the final document, when the last article I added
wouldn't print. The text box with the title worked fine, but the body of the
text failed to print. I have a HP Color LaserJet 3550 that is functioning
completely normally.

My process for creating the object was: 1. Copy the four text boxes above it
(a title box and three "columns"...that are printing normally.) 2. Paste
and move to the location I wanted them, aligned with the rest of the
document. 3. Paste the text from a seperate word document. 4. Resize the
objects to fit the text.

I've attempted to troubleshoot on my own... I've messed with the margins,
checked for other objects that might be covering it up, and screamed at the
screen. I tried copying and pasting the objects into another word document
and something wierd happened - the text didn't copy along with the text
boxes. I'm fairly adept at this program, and I believe I've checked out most
of the stupid mistakes I could have made (but just when you think that, you
find a new one.) I think it's just a formatting problem that I don't
understand because I didn't create the original template.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I have a feeling this
should be a tough one. Good luck.

As you noted, you have a different problem than the original poster for
whom my suggestion was intended, so it's no surprise that my suggestion
didn't work for you.
