text box with black background and white fonts

Not always but sometimes when I create a text box with black background and
white fonts, the background and the fonts look OK in the screen but when
printing it comes out all black, that is, the white fonts disappear. Can
anyone help?

Make the white text bold. Sometimes it is just ink bleed.
