Pub. 2007 is a great improvement over 2003, but we have been having a problem
with some jobs. The customer has a text box with 4 collumns type in it. In
Pub 2007 when you open the file the type doesn't show up. If you put the
curser in the box and double click, a collumn may show up or maybe a single
line of type may show up. It happens everytime. If I open the job in Pub.
2003 there is no problem. Pub. 2007 is so much easier to send to our image
setter than 2003 it is a shame this happens.

Have you thought maybe your customer needs to update his/her graphics/video
driver? Read the third FAQ here, it addresses objects but I think it applies to
your situation.

Mary,
Thanks for the reply. I will check out out the video driver on our
newest computer in the graphics department.
One other thing. Is there somewhere in the print menu for designating
over print black. I can't seem to locate it.
