For some reason I cannot get the non-printing text box to
appear by default when I go into the label program. This
did not happen earlier. I can go into the options command
to do so, but this disappears when I exit the program.
I am running Windows 2000.

Hi George,

Are you saying that if you create labels using Tools/Envelopes and
Labels you do not see the nonprinting borders?

If that is the case Word uses a table to create the labels layout and
the borders are actually table gridlines. To turn them back on go to
Tables/Show Gridlines.
