Text Boxes created in 2003 PPTs don't display correctly

It is kind of hard to describe, but does anyone have any thoughts on how to
tackle this? Any deck created in 2003 has the text in all text boxes pushed
up outside the dashed line of the text box. The text is pushed up by about
1.5 character high. If I step the font down, the amount it is pushed up
scales.

I created a new deck using PP2007 and the new deck has all the text boxes
showing correctly. I cut a text box out of the new deck and pasted it into
the 2003 deck, and the text box showed the bad behavior. I did the same on
the slide master and again the text content is pushed up above the dashed
line of the text box itself.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be very much appreicated.

Thanks,
jf
