Text change - Help!

I am using Publisher to make a web page. When I preview my webpage the text
sizing, spacing or positioning changes within the text box. I have my text
set to justify. I want the text to look (width & height) relative to
adjacent objects how I lay it out. Why does it change in the web preview??
Any help is much appreciated!

What version of publisher?
What version of browser?
What is the URL?

Using your search engine of choice, look at "web friendly fonts" for a
start.
Publisher produces printable outputs that are like the publisher display
The web outputs are not WYSIWYG because of the way browsers interpret the
code.
The closest match for text is obtained by clearing the text format and using
web friendly plain fonts. Once you find a format or formats you like,
create a style for each and use them through out your site.

I forgot to add that I have not found a perfect match from what I see in
publisher and what I see using IE 8. Close but no cigar. The character and
line spacing is slightly different even at the best match I have found.
