Click on the text box. Select "Custom Animation." On the
Effects tab, select an animation mode (e.g., Appear). In
the "After animation" selection box select the color you
want the text to change to. On the "Order & Timing" tab
select the text in the "Animation order" box and
select "On Mouse Click" under "Start Animation." Click OK
