I have scanned and saved a hand written document and I want to convert this
document into Typed text.

If there's any change of being able to do what you want, you need OCR
software but since the document is handwritten, I don't think it will work.
I'd suggest you start typing.

Agreed, I've used some supposedly good OCR software and the mess it
makes of handwriting results in less time spent entering the document
from scratch than in trying to correct the OCR screwups.

Suggestion to the OP, try an OCR program, take a look at the results.
If the person who wrote the document has exceptional handwriting it
might work, if the person writes like me it's a lost cause, even I
can't read my writing... <sigh>
