Text covered by gray box on Org Chart

For no known reason, when pulling up an org chart (old or create new) the
text inside the positions boxes is completely covered by what looks like a
gray box. This is true of new positions dragged onto page as well as those
already there. I sent the file to another computer with Visio and it come up
fine on the other computer. Any suggestions?

If you zoom in a little, does the gray box go away? If so, it's probably an
issue with video resolution, of just the overall displayed size, and a result
of "greeking". See Paul Herber's response in this post: Subject: Re: Why is
text grayed out when I open Visio diagram?
