text direction and size

Dear all

I am trying to create a 'flyer' which contains 6 lines of text at the top of
the page. Each line has to be at 45 degrees, and they go across the top of
the screen in bullet format.

I have done this using WordArt for each entry and have then rotated the text
so they are all 'slanted', however, WordArt then automatically changes the
look of some of the text and even though they are all set the same font and
size, Word 'stretches' some of the text and makes it look bigger.

Was there an easier way I could have done this, and is there a way to tell
WordArt to leave the look of the text alone?

Hope this makes sense.

Thank you.

You can download the WordArt compatibility utility. It works with Word. It is a
bit friendlier when you want consistent size. You can enter a text size.
It says it is for Publisher, but it works in Word. From the Word menu, insert,
object, scroll down to Microsoft WordArt 3.2
Publisher 2003/2002 Add-in: WordArt Compatibility

When I use the regular WordArt, I usually manipulate the image by stretching and
resizing until both or more lines are the same, then group, and rotate. Grouping
before rotating is important.
