Text dissapears

I have a profile that when he sends mail... the text is
not visible to any receipient. If a person sends him mail
he can read it. We have checked the encryption settings,
mail format, text type (HTML vs Plain), and created a new
profile. Next step seems to be to reinstall the program
and we all know how fun that is. Any suggestions??
