A number of the Forms toolbar controls are not permitted on a worksheet
(only a dialog sheet). Those controls are grayed out. The Edit Box on the
Forms toolbar should not be confused with the Text Box on the Drawing
toolbar.

Perfect,,,,,,,
You know.. I got my wires crossed. All my uses/experience with textboxes
are in the Drawing Category; I jumped the gun and got in the Forms Category
"thinking" I was in the Drawing Category.
