Text Field in subform

I have a text field in a subform that I want to also show in the main form.
How do I do this??

Is that textbox based on/bound to a field on a table (or in a query)?

Place a textbox on the mainform and set the defaultvalue to reference the
textbox on the subform (this can also be the controlsource).
