Text Format Funny?

I am using Outlook 2003. Why is it that when I send an email to some
recipients the text comes out distorted?

For instance, "Hello how are you doing" will come out looking like:
"Hell o h o w ar e you do i n g?"

The date and time was Monday, April 06, 2009 5:36:01 PM, and on a whim,
Bridge pounded out on the keyboard:

Hi Bridge,

Have one of your recipients send you the source code of the email and
paste it into a reply. Maybe we can see what is going on by looking at
the HTML. Viewing the source is different in most clients. With
Mozilla clients it's Ctrl-U.

Or you could send me an email to test it, paying attention to the info
below prior to sending.
