text formating in main body

When composing a new email message. Text begins on the far left border in
the main body. How do I adjust the margins so that the text automatically
begins one or two spaces off the border? It is hard to read as it is now.
I'm using Outlook 2000. Thanks

Which editor are you using, Outlook's or Word?
