I'm opening a text file (from a networked location) in
Excel and the Text Import Wizard no longer pops up,
instead I get an error msg "file cannot be accessed. The
file maybe read only". I'm using Office XP with SP3 in
windows 2000 sp4. This file is located in my home drive. I
can copy this file to my C: drive and open it without a
problem.
