Text is getting cut off when Visio drawing is copied into Word

Hello all,

I am attempting to copy a Visio drawing into Word so I can share it with
others who do not have Visio. When I insert the drawing into Word, the last
letters of a lot of the words in the Visio drawing are getting partially cut
off. I have tried inserting the Visio drawing into Word as a Visio object
and I have tried copying and pasting the Visio object into Word as an
Enhanced Metafile. Either way I still encounter the problem. I have also
tried resizing the Visio drawing, the Visio shapes and the text size, all
with the same results. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Just save the drawing as a wmf or gif image.

Hi!

You can always save the drawing as a picture, such as .JPG. The problem is
that you can not change anything in the picture in the same way as in a VISIO
drawing. If the drawing is interactive you will lose the feature as well...
