Text is shifted left and up when printing Word 2000 doc in Word 20

Using XP Pro with Office 2003 SP1. When I print a doc created with Office
2000, the text on the preview and print layouts is shifted to the left and
up, leaving a wide margin on the right and bottom of the page. Almost like
it's being sized to fit on smaller paper. I tried setting size to 8.5x11 and
A4 and all margins are set to 1" in page setup. No luck. Any ideas??

The doc was created in W2000 but I'm using W2003 on this machine. If I open
the doc on the machine it was created on it works fine. It only does this
with W2003.

Ah, okay, then display the Reviewing toolbar and set the display to Final
Showing Markup. You should see any tracked changes or comments in balloons
in the margin (which is what the extra space is for). If you set the view to
Final, it should print correctly, or you can use the toolbar commands to
Accept All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document.
