Text Mesages not displaying

When my client clicks on a text email, she gets "This message has extra line
breaks, click here to remove" if she clicks the link to remove it, she gets
the same message..

She went through the preferences and unchecked the box to automatically
remove "extra" line breaks... the problem is she still sees that message on
all text emails she tries to open.. but she can forward it to someone else
and they can open fine.

Unfortunately I don't use outlook, hate it with a passion... OE is
alright... Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, a solution?

The message is an option on it's own. It allows you to either remove or
restore the line breaks by clicking on it. Changing the option in
Preferences only toggles the default for the new messages that come (not for
the current ones).
