Tiny text when replying to emails

My co-worker is having a problem with Outlook 2007 in that, every time she
replies to any email, the default text is as small as it can get. Nothing she
has tried in the options settings seems to affect this. What's up??????

Adjust the Zoom, it's on the Format Text tab.
