text missing in e-mail reply

I have received several e-mail replies where the message on the replies are
missing. It seems to be intermittent; that is, sometimes replies from the
same person would be ok and other times, it would be missing. I can see at
least 3 lines of the message in Auto-Preview but the entire text is missing
when I open the e-mail.
I had read a recommended solution for 2000 (supposedly related to replies
using Lotus Notes) but could not find the functions stated in the solution.

And what were those functions? Perhaps someone here who knows both Outlook
2000 and whatever you're using (you don't say) knows the correspondence.

I am actually having the same problem...it's very random though. I'm using
Outlook 2003 and sent an HTML email to a friend, he replied back, and in the
preview I could read most of his message, but the rest I cannot since it's
just a preview. The actual message in the body is the exact email I had just
sent him...no additional text from him. Craziness.

Did you find a fix for this yet?
