Text next to a picture

Does anyone know how to insert text next to a picture in inserted in Word
2007? The picture is not from a file-it is a screen shot that I copied into
the document. I want to draw an arrow next to it and describe what is in the
picture for procedures.

You'll need to change its wrapping from In Line With Text to some other
style.
