text not displaying right in boxes at less than 1024 res, why?

I know this isn't what the forum is for and I know it is a CSS problem and
not html, but I did use Frontpage to design my site. If you can't help me
fix the code, at least maybe you could point me to another forum or some
other place where I could get help?

I want my layout to work correctly with all screen resolutions, but for some
reason, my stuff at the bottom of the page gets out of the green "outline"
that i want and the text just get's all messed up. it works perfect with
screen resolution 1024x768, but not anything less. ... the thing is, the
top 5 boxes look right . no matter what the screen resolution is, they
remain
intact and the text stays within. it's just the bottom 3 boxes that screws
up.

Looks like the only issues are in the selectors "box 8, box9, and box10" ??
They read:

....box8{top:765px;left:16%;width:205px;height:290px;text-align:left;direction:ltr;}
...box9{top:765px;left:40%;width:205px;height:290px;text-align:justify;}
....box10{top:765px;left:64%;width:205px;height:290px;text-align:left;direction:rtl;}

Have you tried to use float instead?

remove the "left:x%" value in each and try something like this:

margin-left: "X"px; float: left;

Play with the margin-left which should incrementally space your columns -
let me know if that makes sense. There's often several ways to accomplish
this... I tend to use float's for my css templates.

Also, I notice that you've created an unordered list using <li> tags which
is automatically creates an indent. Try using div or p tags instead to remove
the indent. You're not useing the <ul> tags here either - so it seems you're
only interested in the "+" character which is defined manually (not though
the css bullet instruction). So maybe remove the <li>'s

alright success. It was the lack of float! Haha. Before the % set up. All is
