Microsoft has confirmed the missing text in Outlook to be a problem.
Unfortunately they have not offered a solution yet. I have not been
able to test extensively yet, but I've read that you can try to send
email as Plain Text and to "Remove Extra Line Breaks" in the
Tools->Options->Preferences->E-Mail options.
