Can you tell us exactly what isn't lining up there? We can't see what you
see, and I can think of two or 3 different things that might cause this
issue.

What type of chart are you working with? Is it a column chart (vertical
bars) or a bar chart (horizontal bars)? I assume it's the category axis
where the text isn't aligning properly, is that correct?

Are you working in PPT with PPT's graphs, or are you working in Excel?

Yes it is a Column chart and yes it is in PPT. The category axis is not
ligning up with the columns. I hope this helps you to help me!!!

How many data series do you have? If you have, for example, 2 data series
and you just deleted the dummy data on the spreadsheet for the 3th data
series, there's still a place in the chart for that series, even though
nothing is plotted there. So you end up with extra-wide gaps between
categories.

If this sounds like your problem, then select row 3 and hit Ctrl+X or
Edit|Cut. Or even just double-click the row to "unplot" it.

If this isn't your problem, I'm sorry, I'll need more specifics. It could be
a problem with text wrapping, and that can usually be fixed by changing the
font size. But without details, it's really hard to say.

I suppose you can email me the one chart slide that's causing you problems.
Include a reminder of what the problem is and please don't send the entire
presentation.
