Text on top of text!?

Cheryl

I have a two word name. I would like one name to appear on top of the
other name, instead of side by side. One would have some transparency
is what I'm saying. (I guess) Different fonts.

However I seem to only be able to put text side by side. Can someone
help?
Thanks.

unless you want to use some advanced .css (cascading style sheets) you
should just do it in your graphics application and use it in your web as a
"picture".

I know it can be done with .css because I've seen a "fake" drop shadow done
this way.

It can be done with superimposed and slightly offset layers. Getting the
transparency is more difficult, however.

If it were me, and in the absence of compelling reasons not to, I'd just
make a graphic of the two words with whatever effect I needed.
