text overflow in tables in Publisher 2003

I have a publication with 16 tables, 2 on each page, all containing text. My
question is:" How do I deal with text overflow when I add more text. The
table just expands instead of overflowing into the next table. How can I
connect the tables so that the overflown text moves over to the next table?"

You can't. Overflow is not supported between tables. You would need to
create another table and enter the overflow.
