text scroller in frontpage 2003

Is there a text scroller in frontpage 2003?
there is a text scroller in frontpage( office 2000) but not in 2003. why? or where is it?

Marquee is deprecated, but available in the FP 2003 Tool Well
View Tool Bars Customize Commands and drag it from the Insert Menu to your tool bar

The much maligned marquee is due for a comeback. Stick a marquee on a page
and view in Firefox - there's a surprise:) I believe Safari also supports
it and it's in the draft for CSS3. Apparently a lot (~90%) of Chinese web
sites use this tag and other browser makes don't want IE to have everything
their own way.

I'd still use a script based scroller though - easier to control, eg for
FP2003

I think the problems some users have your download page instructions is the justification of the paragraph with spacing on the line
looking like extra spaces are required
