Text Shifting

I have an odd thing happening with my FP2003 website.
www.scripturescents.net.

On the side where my buttons are I have blank button graphics and have text
boxes laid on top of them. As the page is loading, all of the text appears
toward the bottom of the site, but when the page finishes loading the text
lines back up where it should. What could be causing this?
