Text Size Changes

I just published this web
today:http://home.comcast.net/~p51bombay/index.htm

I created it with IE text size set to medium, when you
change text size to largest, some of the text grows to
where it can not be read.

Is there a way to get the page to expand or whatever so
of the user has their text size set to largest, it will
still be readable?........or do they just have to finger
that out for themselves?

Remove all the word art / shape art / text boxes which are absolutely positioned on your page
- unsupported by many browsers and "lock" items to locations on you screen

Apparetly even IE doesn't support this, which ones do?
It works fine if the text size is set at medium or
smaller.

How do I "lock" itmes in place? That's why I went to the
text boexes in the first place, as the text wouldn't go
where I wanted it.
