text to columns

I have 6 rows of data that I would like to spread out over coluns


EX: John Jones
President
New Company
New Road
City
State
Zip

I would like to move them to one row in different columns with headings

Select all of the rows, copy, then in another column right click, paste
special, and select transpose at the bottom.
