Text to Curve

Is there a Microsoft program in which I can make text curve around a circle.
I am not talking about wrapping text. I feel that somewhere I have seen a
demonstration of drawing a curved line and then having the text snap to it.
Am I crazy? Is this possible?

Thanks so much. It took me a little while to figure out how to use the shapes
but I got it!
