Text to two decimal places.

I have cells that are linked to other spreadsheets. These other
spreadsheets have values to 7 or 8 decimal places.
Can anyone tell me how I can import to my cells and only go to 2 decimal
places?
These cells need to stay as text.

=ROUND('other_sheet'!A1,2)

Try this:

=Text(Sheet1!A1,"0.00")

where A1 is the number held to 7 or 8 dp.
