Text "wrap around" of picture

Microsoft Online instructions say to wrap text around a picture one should
select "picture" under "format". My "format" menu does not include that
choice. What do I do?

Right-click on the picture, and then left-click on Format | Picture.

Further to g-n-o's suggestion - you have to *select* the image (click it)
before the Picture listing will appear at the bottom of the Format Menu.

That command is context sensitive - if you select a Text Box, Picture,
Object it will display as such in the menu. Likewise if you don't select any
type of object there will be _no_ command.
