Text Wrap in Received Messages

Part of my job entails sending out formatted e-mails to our database through
our website. The template created for these e-mails has two text boxes, with
the text wrapping around them. The e-mails are received as intended in
pretty much every mail program I've seen (Hotmail, Yahoo, Outlook 2003),
except in Outlook 2007, where the text does not wrap around these boxes.
Instead, the boxes appear flushed to the left, with no text to the side.

I've traded e-mails with the folks who set up and host our website, and they
say it is working as intended, and that they receive the e-mails perfectly
fine (their company has Outlook 2003). Is there some kind of incompatibility
with Outlook 2007 that might cause this?

are they HTML formatted? Outlook 2007 uses word as the editor and there are
some limitations with html formatting.

Unlike MS Outlook 2003, Hotmail and Yahoo! are *not* "email programs",
rather they are email services.
