text wrapping round graphics

P

paul andrews

I am trying to recreate a newsletter format and have
placed two linked text boxes in a Word document to create
two columns of text.

I have inserted a graphic into one of the columns of
text, and naturally this pushed the text to the bottom of
the graphic leaving a gap to the right of the graphic.

No problem I thought, I can adjust the runaround with
text wrapping - but no! The text wrap options are greyed
out in the picture format palette.

The same image, when placed in a regular Word document
allows text wrapping - but not if it is placed inside
text in a specific text box.

Is there a work around for this? Or is it not possible to
apply text wrapping to a graphic in text inside a text
box?

Thanks for any help.
