Hi,

I have a list numbered 1 - 52 where numbers can be entered all totaling at the end. Once number 560 is reached I would like the numberin the total cell to turn red, how can I do this ?

Select the cell, do format>conditional formatting, cell value is greater
than or equal to 560,
click the format button and select either red fonts (preferable) or red
pattern, click OK twice
