Textbox font size in PowerPoint 2007

There are many problem in Textbox font size
1# If you coply a text box from source PPT to destination PPT, text box
changes in font style as per destination PPT slide master's font style
2# If you export a PPT using slide.export, textbox font size gets affected
the same way

Have anybody faced such problems, any resolutions?
Any update on upcoming hotfixes for PowerPoint 2007>
