I am attempting, in Word 2000, to change the textbox boarder from its default
black to a selected color. I have been unsuccessful to date.
Can it be done?
How?

Format | Text Box | Colors and Lines; change the Line color (or use the Line
Color tool on the Drawing toolbar). Unless it's actually a frame, in which
case you use Format | Borders and Shading.
