We are in printing/mailing business.
Our client is in the process of converting their database into Outlook. But
when they gave me a sample of their contacts in excel file, the address 1 and
address 2 were together in one field, because of the format on the address
block in Outlook.
I told them it's not going to work, because address 1 and address 2 should
be in separate fields, specially if address 2 is really long, like name of
airport, building number, department, etc.
