The administrator set this farm Offline

Hello,

After installing the SP2 on Project Server 2007, when I tried to connect on
PWA, I got the message (rought translation from French)
"Error:
The administrator set this farm Offline. PWA is temporarily unavailable."

What may be wrong in my configuration?

Hi Robert,

Try the following:
open sharepoint central administration and select the operations page.
Somewhere on the right is an entry "Quiescing the farm" (or something
like that.)

If you open this page and the button is labeled reset, you simply
click the button and,- normally in a split second -, the farm is up
and running again.
