Hello,
Most of the time, when I send any attachments with Outlook, the receiver can
not open the attachment or can open it, but the attachment is corrupted. I
use Outlook 2003 (Office XP) with Windows XP. I have this problem since many
months now. In that time, I have changed my motherboard and my hard drive
(but copied the content of the old boot drive into the new drive) without any
success. I have installed Windows SP 2 and Office SP3 without any improvement
(actually, I feel it's worse since those installations).
Since the problem is also there when I use another email service (Hotmail or
Yahoo), I would think that the problem is not related to Outlook. Maybe
Windows? Or Norton AntiVirus? Or my router?
