I have only one calendar, Standard, and it is greyed out, so I can make no
resource changes. I get a message that my calendar has been locked out.
Where do I unlock it?

It sounds like your Project Server administrator has denied the use of local
calendars in enterprise projects. In this situation, you will need to ask
your Project Server administrator to create a custom enterprise calendar for
you to use in your projects. Hope this helps.

Yes, and I have changed the Use local calendar options to yes but it still
is greyed out.

You cannot change the Standard calendar because it is an enterprise
calendar. Only the Project Server administrator can change this calendar,
and may only do so after first opening the Entperise Global file (Tools -
Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global) in Microsoft Project
Professional. If you need a different calendar in your specific project,
you must create a new local calendar by clicking the New button. Hope this
helps.
