"The Cube" and "Portfolio Manager" Information

Is there a good web resource that gives additional detail on how to
set up "The Cube" and get the "Portfolio Manager" working in MS
Project 2007?

Our attempts to get this working have not been fruitful, and the views
still come up blank (it appears that we still need to "load" something
to make this work)

Any information to get us started in the right direction would be
greatly appreciated - or if someone can point us to old posts here, as
I am sure this has come up before.
