The date in a excel worksheet is wrong. =now() responds 1-0-1900

My control panel settings are correct and the file properties show correct

Format as a proper Date

The cell is formatted as a date and the response is still January 0, 1900

What does your statement really mean?

Where did you put =now() ?

Where is 1-0-1900 being displayed?

Please give full details.
