The Delivery confirmation mails r not able to send

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 Professional.My Outlook is
not sending the mails that r created when the sender has requested a read
receipt.All the other mails r going successfully.Is there any oproblem with
my Outlook?
