The file cannot be opened

I have a user who is getting The file cannot be opened
when rying to save a file. She is using Project 2002.
Any know the fix for this?

Sadly, it sounds like your user has a corrupted project file. She should
use her backup file instead, assuming she or someone make a backup of the
project. Hope this helps.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You could try opening a new file, inserting the project into it, and then
saving the file. If that works, you could then follow the suggestions in FAQ
Item: 43. File Bloat? - Might be Corruption.
