I'm running Windows XP Pro with MS Office Word 2003.
When I close MS Word, I get the message The file Normal
already exists. Do you want to replace.... I can't get
rid of this message. It looks like it's trying to modify
a .dot template.

Then I get the message Changes have been made that affect
the global Template Normal. Do you want to save those
changes. Please help. Anybody know what's wrong?

I have the same problem as Henry and it started right after I installed Norton anti virus. So everytime I close Outlook (I use Word for my default email) it asks the same question. Any suggestions on how to fix?
