"the file xxxxx is not available"

When I try to open any documet I receive this message:
"Word cannot open this document template" or "the file
xxxxx is not available"
Can you help me in this matter.

If using Norton AV then go to Norton Options and in the Miscellaneous
section turn off: "Enable Office Plug-in".
