FYI: My computer was reloaded with Windows XP and so I had to reinstall all
my programs. I had this problem shortly before the reinstallation and it was
corrected when someone downloaded a virus program. Adter the reinstallation,
I downloaded the virus program again and this time it did not correct the
issue. I am JUST assuming it was the installation of the virus program that
fixed it the first time because it worked immediately after that. I have
followed the instructions on the MS site on correcting the problem just to
fail again. I have tried to uninstall FP and then reinstall it and that dis
not work either.

How about from IE, open site in IE, then File Menu | Edit with FP?

Have you contact your web host to have them check the extensions?

Yes, they said they have nothing to do with it. I can access the website
fine from my laptop at home using the same version of FP and XP. What else
can I try or should I just call?
